Proposition 8 doesn’t take away rights from Gay or Lesbian couples in California, it simply defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman. It is a definition.
Kristen you are wrong. Gay and Lesbian couples were given the right to marry in California, so prop 8 will take those rights away…it’s true!
